Do you have toilets on the bus?
We do not have toilets on the bus however, the venues we work with to host our afternoon tea's have toilet facilities that are available for our customers to use.
If I book a table for two, will I be sat with other people?
The majority of our tables sit four guests, however, if you book for a party of less than four people, we can hide the other seats on the table so that nobody else can book them.
Does the bus travel around?
We can travel to our customers however, once customers are on-board and enjoying their afternoon tea, the bus will be parked up and stationary for the duration of the event.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
We work with local caterers and do our best to cater to dietary requirements such as; vegan, vegetarian, gluten free. and any allergies that have been We must emphasise that any dietary requirements should be disclosed at the time of booking.
What is included in the afternoon tea?
Our afternoon tea includes, four finger sandwiches per adult (a variety of fillings), a freshly home baked plain scone with individual pots of jam & clotted cream. A freshly baked cupcake & brownie and a macaron. Hot & cold drinks are included in our afternoon tea package.
Where do your afternoon tea events take place?
We are based in the West Midlands and can travel to the surrounding areas. Our 'book now' page allows you to view & book onto our upcoming events.
Is the bus wheelchair friendly?
Unfortunately, due to the age of the bus we do not have the space to accommodate a wheelchair at a table. However, we have an accessibility ramp to support customers when embarking and disembarking on and off the bus.
Are you able to park on any street or does it need to be a private drive?
We can park in any street as long as there is enough space to safely park and manoeuvre the bus. We must also ensure that we are not blocking the road & other vehicles can pass by the bus safely.
