Useful Information

Costs (Bus Hire Only): £200 (+VAT) for 2 hours. For additional hours there is a charge of £50 (+VAT) per hour.
Caroline's Tea Bus can hold a maximum of 48 people.
We work with venues in and around the West Midlands where we hold afternoon tea events.
The bus is also available to hire for private events & parties.
Customers can supply their own food for a private event, or ask us to supply afternoon tea.
For bus hire with afternoon tea included, there is an additional cost for food. Please fill in an enquiry form above for more information.
The bus does not drive around with customers on, and only caters to customers when stationary.
Please note, there are no toilets onboard the bus.

Costs (Bus Hire W/ Afternoon Tea): £400 (+VAT) for 5 hours. This includes 2 hours set up, 2 hours event and 1 hour pack down. For additional hours there is a charge of £50 (+VAT) per hour.
Please note, there is an additional charge for afternoon tea. Costs: Adult Afternoon Tea (inc. vegetarian): £15 (+VAT); Children Afternoon Tea (3-10 yrs): £9 (+VAT); Cream Tea: £5 (+VAT).
Our afternoon tea is made up of freshly home made finger sandwiches with a variety of fillings (4 per person), a home baked plain scone served with jam & clotted cream. A delicious home baked cupcake, a chocolate home baked brownie and a Viennese whirl.
English tea and coffee are included in our afternoon tea and cream tea packages.

We offer cream tea onboard Caroline's Tea Bus which includes a home baked plain scone with an individual pot of jam and clotted cream.
Hot drinks are also included in the cream tea package.
